The Library of the International Center for Semiotics and Linguistics of Urbino (now the "Umberto Eco" International Center for Semiotic Sciences) holds over 10,000 volumes and 185 periodical titles dedicated to semiotic sciences. The Library is housed in Palazzo Passionei-Paciotti, home to the "Carlo and Marise Bo Foundation for Modern and Contemporary European Literature," and is currently annexed to the foundation's own library.
