Leonard Murray
1.3 Biographical notes
Leonard Murray was born on August 10, 1924, in St. Ignace, Michigan. He studied at Marquette University and the University of Michigan.
He began working at the University of Urbino on November 1, 1965, as a language assistant in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures within the Facoltà di Magistero; there he was appointed as a tenured researcher on August 1, 1980. He held this position until his death, which occurred in Florence on September 18, 1989.

The entire donation was placed in the Biblioteca di Lingue e Letterature Straniere "Leone Traverso".

The volumes were devided, inventoried, and catalogued in print by Dr. Federico Marcucci.
